PERFORMANCE:
Sodium Cyclamate can used to replace sugar or use in combination with sugar, because it is sweeter than sugar. Sodium cyclamate is very cost effective, with no significant change in taste, while maintaining good stability over a period of time.
APPLICATION:
The ability of Sodium Cyclamate to replace sugar at a fraction of the cost is the reason for its widespread use in many application, including soft drink, syrup, juice, wine, cake, biscuit, bread, canned food, condensed milk, preserved fruit, ice cream, pharmaceutical and others. Sodium Cyclamate is also safe for home use, good for diabetic, and overweight patient and contain no calory. It is easily soluble in hot or cold water, and has the same characteristic as sugar.
DOSAGE:
1 kilogram of Sodium Cyclamate capable of replacing vast amount of natural sugar with no significant change in taste, or use concurently with natural sugar at the desired proportions.
